Job Summary
- The Ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to expand the company's client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing strategic insights, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the management team to align strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs, showcasing the business capabilities and value proposition.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital media landscape. Use insights to shape business development strategies.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring that terms are favourable for both parties while aligning with the company's objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- BSC, MBA, in Digital Marketing or related field.
- 5 – 8 years’ experience as a Business Development Professional.
- Relevant professional qualification both local & International will be an added advantage.
