Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documentation
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Track key projects and follow up on action items
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Strong educational background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
