Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients to pitch our pest control services.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual targets 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market presence 
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services 
  • Work independently while meeting strict deadlines and performance targets 

Ideal Candidate 

  • Proven experience in sales ,B2B marketing, field marketing or corporate sales
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Professional appearance and a results oriented mindset 
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Good Knowledge of Lagos business environment

Salary and Growth:

  • #150,000 months starting salary 
  • 3 - month performance review, with salary increase to 180,000 - 200,000 based on performance 
  • 13th month salary 
  • Bonus on meeting targets 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the Bank, insurance,telecoms, real estate or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet strict deadlines 
  • Professional appearance and a results - oriented mindset.
