About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company’s online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across all social media platforms. A strong eye for design and visual storytelling is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage day-to-day activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Design, create, edit, and publish visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.
- Engage with online communities, respond to messages/comments, and build relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Suggest and implement improvements to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in recruitment, HR services, or FMCG/tech).
- Strong understanding of content creation, graphic design, community management, and analytics.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
- Experience running social media ad campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
