ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Your role will be principally to act in the best interest of BFIC by being an active member and working towards the goals and objectives of the company.
- Doing general administrative work in the office including answering telephone calls, preparing appropriate spreadsheet and regular reports, emailing, ensuring office is running smoothly for all functions and operations.
- You will be required to reply to emails within 24 hours of receiving them from students, parents, university partners, management or any other enquiring parties. You will also be required to answer telephone call from student, parents, university partners, management or any other enquiring parties, within the same time frame.
- You will be required to follow up on all enquiries that may come out of active marketing or given to you by the director, in a timely manner, with a view to converting them to applications, and eventually, paying and enrolled students.
- You will be required to familiarize yourself with any current and new courses/procedures at the partner institutions, such that you can counsel student correctly and only take in their application if they are able to meet entry requirements to gain admission.
- You will be required to assess a student’s application and do sufficient due diligence, to ensure that they are able to meet institution’s entry requirements, pay the required deposit and fees when joining the university and ensure their application and documents are not forged or fraudulent.
- You will be required to help with the planning, preparation and running of open days and BFIC
- UK Fairs and exhibitions, as necessary.
- You may be required as a representative of BFIC, to build a relationship on behalf of the organization with the British council in Nigeria and other local educational institutions.
- You will be required to oversee and manage all contents and post across all social media platforms of BFIC for marketing purposes.

- Knowledge of Higher Education Systems and Admissions.
- Social Media Management Skills (Ability to use Canva proficiently).
- Proficient in the use of office 360 packages
