Role Overview
- This role will act as the primary technical bridge for developers integrating our API infrastructure, ensuring seamless implementations and reducing friction during the critical "integration-to-production" phase.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing everyday:
- Integration Support: Provide deep-dive technical assistance to partners during API integration.
- API Documentation: Improve and maintain API reference and technical guides for all use cases.
- Bug Triaging & Feedback: Identify, reproduce, and report API bugs and DX friction points back to core engineering.
- Technical Sales & Solution Architecture: Diagnose complex customer requirements, map them to specific API solutions, and provide the technical validation needed to guide business stakeholders toward a confident decision
Minimum Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript; deep understanding of REST API architectures; experience debugging complex API request/response cycles; ability to write "unbreakable" sample code.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Extreme patience and technical empathy; high agency in hunting down edge-case bugs; clear communication when explaining complex infrastructure constraints.
Success Metrics:
Objective - Integration Efficiency
- Metric: Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for integration tickets
- Target: 24-hour resolution for Tier 1 technical hurdles.
Objective - Escalation Reduction:
- Metric: Knowledge Base Effectiveness
- Target: Reduce the volume of technical support escalations by >= 20% through the creation of targeted troubleshooting guides, and API documentation improvements.
