Our client, a reputable healthcare services company in Ogun State, is seeking a compassionate and proactive Public Health School Nurse to support student health, promote wellness, and ensure a safe learning environment across partner schools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid, basic nursing care, and emergency response for students and staff
Monitor student health, manage minor illnesses, and coordinate referrals when needed
Implement school health programs, screenings, and preventive care initiatives
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations
Educate students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices
Liaise with parents, school administrators, and healthcare providers
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid practicing license
Background or experience in Public Health, Community Health, or School Health is an advantage
Strong communication, empathy, and child-care skills
Ability to work independently and within a school environment.
