Job Purpose
- The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales growth by managing and optimizing the company’s e-commerce channels, marketplace partnerships, and digital customer experience, ensuring strong brand visibility, conversion performance, and revenue growth for RFL products across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company-owned online store and brand storefronts on marketplaces
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
- Ensure accurate product content, images, descriptions, and stock availability online.
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and basket size.
- Plan and manage online promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activations.
- Manage relationships with online retailers, aggregators, and delivery partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and promotional placements.
- Track key e-commerce KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, order fulfillment time, and customer ratings.
- Generate performance reports and insights to improve digital sales effectiveness.
- Work with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Qualification
- First Degree or its equivalent in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms in a similar FMCG company is required.

- E-commerce platform management (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Marketplace operations and digital merchandising.
- Digital marketing and performance advertising basics.
- Understanding of online payment and logistics integration.
