The Analyst, Subsidiary Reporting will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across subsidiaries.
You’ll work closely with subsidiary finance teams and group finance to deliver high-quality consolidated financial reports that support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Key Highlights
Prepare and review subsidiary financial statements in line with IFRS
Support group consolidation, month-end and year-end close
Manage intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis
Support audits, governance, and regulatory compliance
Drive process improvements and reporting standardisation
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit (group/multi-subsidiary experience preferred)
Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge
Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting systems proficiency
ICAN, ACCA, or CFA certification (required)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
