We are seeking a talented Creative Design Specialist to develop and execute high-quality visual assets that support our brand identity and marketing campaigns.
This role involves creating consistent designs for physical stores, digital platforms, and e-commerce to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
You will act as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the visual identity across in-store, digital, social media, and print channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Design high-impact visuals for flyers, banners, billboards, and POS materials to support marketing campaigns.
Create optimized digital assets for the e-commerce platform, including homepage banners and product visuals.
Develop simple motion graphics, animations, and short videos for digital promotions.
Review and proof all creative materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or Marketing.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a creative design role, working on both print and digital projects (Retail/FMCG/E-commerce preferred).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
Understanding of digital marketing, social media design standards, and e-commerce visuals
