Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and discipline across all departments
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational budgets in collaboration with the accounts team
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc / HND qualification
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Good understanding of hotel operations, customer service, and basic financial management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
- Ready to resume immediately
