Role Overview

  • We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & Engagement Executive with proven experience recruiting sales-driven roles within a financial institution.
  • This role is for someone who understands that sales hiring is different — volume, speed, quality, and retention all matter. If you’ve recruited relationship officers, sales executives, field marketers, or similar revenue-facing roles and know how to separate performers from talkers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and commercial roles
  • Design and execute high-volume hiring strategies without compromising quality
  • Build strong pipelines for roles such as Relationship Officers, Sales Executives, and Field Sales Teams
  • Conduct structured interviews focused on sales competence, attitude, and track record
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and performance expectations
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are productivity-ready

Talent Engagement:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives focused on sales teams
  • Support retention strategies for high-performing sales staff
  • Track recruitment and engagement metrics; provide insights and recommendations
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to sales managers and regional leadership

Required Experience & Profile

  • 3–5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably within a financial institution
  • Direct experience recruiting sales roles (this is non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, targets, and performance culture
  • Ability to recruit at speed without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid structure and managing multiple hiring pipelines
