Be responsible for the entire process of cargo customs clearance, coordinate with local customs and logistics providers, ensure efficient and compliant customs clearance of goods, and avoid clearance delays and risks.
Organize customs clearance documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.), verify the accuracy of information, and assist in completing inspection and customs declaration procedures.
Track the progress of cargo customs clearance, timely feedback abnormal situations, and coordinate to solve various problems during the clearance process (such as inspection, supplementary documents, etc.).
Maintain relationships with local customs and logistics partners, keep abreast of updates on Nigeria's customs clearance policies and processes, and optimize clearance efficiency.
Coordinate with the company's Chinese team to complete logistics and customs clearance related docking and data filing work.
Job Requirements:
Nigerian citizen, familiar with Nigeria's customs clearance policies, processes and relevant regulations, 1 year or more of relevant work experience in logistics and customs clearance is preferred.
Proficient in handling customs clearance documents, with basic English reading and writing skills, and those who can speak Chinese are preferred.
Possess strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, be rigorous and responsible in work, and be able to effectively respond to sudden customs clearance situations.
Recognize the company culture, obey work arrangements, and have good team cooperation awareness and execution ability.
