Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by achieving set targets, expanding market coverage, and ensuring consistent product availability across retail and modern trade outlets. The role involves onboarding new distributors, identifying new business opportunities, executing in-store promotions, and strengthening relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will monitor competitor activities, ensure effective product placement, resolve customer complaints, and provide after-sales support. They will also prepare sales performance reports, analyze results for continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of sales experience, with 2 years in FMCG and Modern Trade.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
