 Role Overview

 We are seeking a highly organized Operations & HR Manager to oversee all internal office operations and personnel. This role focuses on leadership, accountability, policy enforcement, and performance management across all departments.

The Operations & HR Manager acts as the owner’s representative in the office, ensuring employees understand, follow, and uphold company policies, SOPs, and performance standards. Structured training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across all office departments
  • Enforce discipline, consistency, and accountability
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and professional conduct
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and employee management
  • Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Track KPIs, enforce SOP compliance, and drive process improvement
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for office-related matters

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in operations, HR, or people leadership
  • Strong hiring, training, and team management skills
  • Ability to enforce rules and handle sensitive HR matters
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT)

Compensation

Training Month (First Month): ₦100,000

Post-Training Salary: ₦250,000 monthly (Basic)
