Job Summary
- The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all production activities within the facility.
- The candidate ensures efficient production processes, optimal use of resources, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery of finished products.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in polymer processing and proven leadership experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a polymer/plastics manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is mandatory.
- Professional certifications in production management or safety will be an added advantage.
- Age: Not more than 45 years at the time of application.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a polymer or plastics manufacturing firm.
- Strong understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and production workflows.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and industrial best practices.
- Computer literacy.
