Job Desription

  • Source and purchase items across all business units (Pharmacy, FMCG, Electronics, Café/Restaurant).
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and ensure quality supply.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain updated supplier records.
  • Monitor stock levels and process timely replenishment for all branches.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for Accounts.
  • Conduct market surveys and support cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Work with Store Managers, Pharmacists, Restaurant/Café teams, and Warehouse for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years procurement experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of FMCG, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food commodities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/ERP and strong attention to detail.
