Our client in the beauty and fragrance industry is hiring a polished and customer-obsessed Retail & Customer Experience Associate to support our Abuja store. This role is for someone who understands that luxury retail is not just selling — it is creating a memorable experience, building loyalty, and representing the brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver warm, professional, and high-touch customer service in-store
- Guide customers through fragrance selection with confidence and product knowledge
- Drive daily sales through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, elegant, and aligned with Kay’s luxury standards
Community & Social Media Engagement
- Support content posting and customer engagement across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, orders, and customer messages
- Help grow brand presence through consistent community interaction
CRM, Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Accurately manage customer records, orders, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Track customer preferences to support retention and repeat purchases
- Prepare simple weekly reports on sales performance, customer trends, and store insights
- Support inventory visibility and basic store operations when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, customer experience, hospitality, or sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging premium customers
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service
- Comfortable with social media engagement and digital customer interaction
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
- Proficiency in basic CRM/data entry and reporting
