Job Summary
- The Retail Manager (female) will oversee the daily operations of the store, drive revenue growth, lead the retail team, and ensure every client receives a premium luxury experience.
- The ideal candidate must be sales-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining the highest operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve monthly and annual store sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment
- Supervise cash handling processes and POS accuracy
- Support the Human Resources Department to Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate Sales Associates
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular team evaluations
- Deliver and enforce exceptional customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Build and maintain relationships with loyal and VIP clients
- Ensure all team members uphold the brand image through grooming and professional conduct
- Manage store expenses and ensure cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years retail management experience (luxury or fashion industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Well-groomed with a strong understanding of luxury retail standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
