Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored travel solutions aligned with client needs, budgets, and corporate objectives, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling.
- Manage end-to-end travel operations, including flight and hotel reservations, visa advisory support, and seamless coordination across all travel touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate travel clients, onboarding new accounts, leading sales conversations, and driving repeat business.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and ground operators to secure service quality and preferential commercial terms.
- Oversee client communication from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up, ensuring exceptional customer experience and retention.
- Lead issue resolution and service recovery efforts, professionally managing disruptions, complaints, and travel-related conflicts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, execution, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency, pricing accuracy, compliance, and cash flow discipline.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3 - 4 years of experience in the travel industry.
