Role Overview

  • Provide on-site medical support, health surveillance, and emergency response services for plant employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer first aid and emergency care; coordinate medical evacuations.
  • Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical screenings.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
  • Facilitate health promotion and wellness programs.
  • Liaise with external healthcare providers for referrals.

SMART KPIs

  • Response Time: Achieve average emergency response time ≤5 minutes.
  • Screening Compliance: 100% of scheduled screenings completed on time.
  • Record Accuracy: Maintain ≥98% accuracy in medical records.
  • Wellness Participation: ≥80% employee participation in health programs annually.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 5 years’ nursing experience, including 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Registered Nurse.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong clinical assessment and emergency response capabilities.
  • Excellent record-keeping and patient education skills.
