Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of design documents, calculations, and reports
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and report on site conditions
- Support project teams with research, data collection, and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve design and construction issues
- Assist in preparing tender documents and bid evaluations
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction matters
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong academic record and interest in real estate development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant coursework or experience in structural analysis, construction management, and project planning
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., Nigerian building codes).
